The laser emission is controlled by industrial-grade electronic and safety components to ensure maximum safety. This control ensures that the operator is always working in a safe environment and is informed of any potential errors or malfunctions.
Various laser programs can be created using our dedicated CleanSweep© software, ensuring optimal process settings, smooth surface finishes, and surface damage prevention. After downloading the different programs into the system, these programs can be immediately selected manually, by robot, or via an external customer device from the display menu, eliminating the need for a PC to operate the system in automated mode.
The advanced design of the medium-power systems (200W or 300W) includes a control unit, laser source, water cooling, high-performance industrial control system, and the ability to create and store laser programs with CleanSweep©.

The standard configuration not only includes a control unit and laser source but also a water cooling unit. This cooling unit ensures that the laser source stays cool during operation.
Our unique industrial-grade control system ensures the proper operation of the cooler and laser source while providing the customer with all necessary information.
Of course, several laser programs can also be created with CleanSweep© and stored in the control unit for easy access.
P-Laser’s high-power systems, available in 500W to 3000W configurations with water cooling and air treatment, offer high pulse power, large surface coverage, and remote cloud monitoring.
P-Laser’s high-power systems are truly state-of-the-art machines that combine high pulse power with large surface coverage. The laser is controlled by a 19" control unit. To cool the optical components during operation, water cooling is integrated.
The high-power series can be delivered in several configurations: a 500W or 1000-2000-3000W pulsed laser source. They all operate at the same pulse power, but the 1000W model delivers double the frequency compared to the 500W model, resulting in double the surface speed. An air treatment unit is integrated to cool the optics and prevent dust on the lens.
The system is connected to the cloud for remote monitoring.
