The QF-Arol is a magnetic robot that enables the cleaning of vertical metal structures. Laser cleaning can now be applied in even more situations (patent pending).
In certain cases, no visible laser light may be present during cleaning. That’s why our R&D department developed this optical system, making the operation safe without the need for laser safety glasses (patent pending).
P-Laser has developed a high-speed scanner for continuous and pulsed laser sources. If you need to clean metal sheets at high speed, a standard optical scanner cannot generate sufficient surface speed to ensure complete coverage.
The polygon scanner consists of a high-speed rotating multi-faceted mirror. We can achieve surface speeds of up to 600 m/s, compared to a maximum of 30 m/s with a conventional x-y mirror scanner. On the left, you can see a test bench with two 1500-watt polygonal scanners used to clean a moving strip at 60 m/min.
